Spring 2026 is the perfect time for a fresh start in my hometown of Victoria

Welcome to Ash’s Splash n’ Grass Property Services — currently a one-man operation built on hard work, attention to detail, and reliable service. While it may just be me for now, every job will be completed professionally, thoroughly, and on time.

Whether you need one-time or scheduled lawn mowing, garden bed mulching, topsoil spreading, sod installation, hedge trimming, small tree pruning, yard cleanups, or debris removal — I’ve got you covered. I also specialize in pressure washing for driveways, walkways, siding, gutters, and windows.

My goal is simple: provide quality service to Victoria and surrounding areas while building something meaningful for my future and my family.
